Congratulations to Vince Clementi who was awarded the NRC Research Associateship Award as part of the National Energy Technology Laboratory Methane Hydrates Fellowship Program. As per the award: “The NRC Research Associateship award will provide Vince an opportunity to pursue his research plan in association with Yair Rosenthal, who is an approved Research Adviser at the National Energy Technology Laboratory Methane Hydrates Fellowship Program.”
This is a very generous and highly competitive fellowship from the National Academy of Science and Engineering and Medicine, that will allow Vince to pursue his new interests in gas hydrates and submarine ground discharge.
Vince was also elected to participate as an inorganic chemist on IODP Expedition 396 to study pore fluid origins and migration pathways on the Norwegian Margin associated with the infiltration of meteoric water.
Great job Vince!!!
