(perhaps this deployment or earlier?)
Lithium post recovery analysis:
136 AH used by glider
Cells were about 3.65 AH / 10.08 AH -- (if we account for SD rate @ .3%/day then we had about 4 AH/cell at recovery (this note about 30 days past recovery)
4 AH remaining thus about 6/10 burned for mission --> 6 * 23 = 138 AH roughly matching glider. If we didn't account for SD rate it would be about 146 AH used
Thus glider reads 1 to 7% lower than batteries. Fairly good agreement as it might be more towards the 1% than 7%.
With 10% remaining on cells as a buffer, about 1 AH we had a remaining 2.65 AH on these cells. 2.65 * 23 = 60 AH. 136 + 60 = 195 total AH.
Recovered by Nicole, Chip, Liza, Sal out of Morgan Marina aboard RV Rutgers. CTD cast + rosette performed at recovery. CTD 1645, rosette CTD 1383

MissionSTARTDate: 06 Nov 2019 18:17:04 Z
Mission Name: 200_N.MI
Mission Number: ru30-2019-309-2-0 (0356.0000)
Found a plume strange fail to surface segment 11/5 pm / 11/6 am
Still no response from optode:
# proglet = oxy4
# uart = 1 # U4Soem Pins T-2,R-3
# bit = 2 # power, 8.8v
# start_snsr = c_oxy4_on(sec)
SciDos>u4stalk 1 9600 2
Drop Carrier Detect for 3 seconds (i.e. unpower freewave)
--or--Type Ctrl-C and hit NO keys for 1 secs.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Likely optode errors, u4stalk failed at surface.
Should try again in a few days. Right now disabled in proglets.dat
Sending back on to shelf before south. Strong currents and other reasons.
pH line to shelf break complete. Deployment being shared between pH and Hurricane projects. Switching over to hurricane triangle now.
22 deg upcasts to help slow ascents
f_battpos_db_frac_fz .75 from .5
.5 guess is no good, noticed some pitch oddities
Should look to see why its .5, or if that is normal?
loaded mission ru30.mi
Optode, CTD, FLBBCD all off at surface now. pH on at surface
Back to normal swimming.
