The DMCS Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee is hosting a panel discussion on experiences of underrepresented minorities in education and academia. This event invites Rutgers faculty who specialize in ethnic studies to provide context and insight into the relationship between identity and higher education while also reflecting on their own experiences navigating academia. This event is part of a 4 part workshop series whose next installment will likely be in March, 2022.
