Congratulations to Quintin Diou-Cass who successfully completed his PhD! His work studied how Southern ocean phytoplankton harvest light for growth and how this is changing as this polar region is melting. He for this work spent over 250 days in Antarctica working in often less the luxurious conditions. The committee was excited with awesome work. Great job!!
