Recovered out of cape may with Mike from NJDEP AC. Laptop got wet so no CTD cast upon recovery.
Check this deployment DBD for the heading error large jumps. Is it avoidable and caused by surface?
4 off surface (out of shallows/fresh)
3.5 off surface vs 4. Likely climbing a bit slower inshore and we're missing upper 2.5 m of water column, goal to get that back to 2m.
2 hour missions and continuing the path.
Glider turned back inshore as of next surfacing; will need to estimate distance for May 11-12th recovery off Cape May. Possibly shorten offshore legs.
LISST and FLBBCD moved to every 3rd yo sampling to save power until ELINE run
Added intermediate wpt ~20 km offshore for "eline" transect.
-7357.7780 3918.0950
Also changed climb-to depth from 3.5 m to 4.0 m to try and avoid breaching.

Glider had an H of 8 originally, moved 3 plates to top and went to 5. Moved 1 plate low. Didn't re-measure. Glider doesn't look too stable, would have probably been fine to fly with another 1-2 plates low.
Changing FLBBCD from 1 to sec sampling. Not quite sure how loaded science is so going to back some sensors off

CC turned back on
Suddenly struggling to get above 5 m. Densities looks similar to deployment, maybe a touch deeper.
Unsure what could be causing this. Couple of reasons.
1.5 hour missions and retasked offshore for storm.

Deployed by Haldeman, Kohut, Miles out of Belmar/Shark river.
re-covered and re-deployed +38 g from wings. Banking on it being only denser from here on out especially with east winds incoming.
2017 NJDEP 1 has software 7.21 to handle the LISST
