New Argos x-cat system does not ping after an exit reset.
WRC looking into the issue, but glider should not be deployed until issue is resolved.

Glider to be recovered (11/14/2008) due to the following issues:
- Argos x-cat system
- Science datastream very intermittent due to persistent ring buffer overloading.
- Software version 6.33 altitude filtering resulting in glider hitting the bottom.
