Lithium Ion Set: Challenger
Recovered by Chip Haldeman and Nicole Waite on R/V Rutgers out of Tuckerton, NJ.
Recovery CTD comparison with SB19 s/n 1645.
Check mlgs for how science low power did. 60 sec may have seemed to work the best overall.
Looks like duty cycling created some RBR errors Chip found.
Messed up XML scripts so glider was bottom sampling cause of u_min_water_depth being set to 250 m. Fixed.
CTD every 4th yo, all for TBD, u_science_low_power 0. Bad weather just in case.
Current file list (.ma, .mi, .dat) now in to-glider.
*Figured out a pretty sure-fire way to crash science_super. Known bug? Will investigate.

Attempted checks on gliders; noticed dockserver unresponsive. Emails showed xymon errors for approx. last 40 min. Contacted Chuck Belmonte who happened to be in the area and stopped in. Flood reported in 109 and 109a; apparently from lab above. Dockserver appears ruined; gliders switched to TWR; scripts changed to tx data. Notified: David Aragon, Chuck Belmonte, John Kerfoot, Josh Kohut, Mike Crowley, Scott Glenn, Travis Miles, Oscar Schofield. Chuck Belmonte had backup dockserver up and running before the end of the evening; RU29 continued to call in there. RU33 switched to TWR; tx'ed data there. Switched RU33 back to Rutgers this morning (20Sep2020); scripts at TWR switched back to callback primary. Normal operations resumed on backup dockserver; will need to address this machine.
put u_reqd_depth_at_surface 2.0; trying to keep from turning on surfacing behaviors on every climb. She's a bit light now; thinking about increasing pump on dives.
Set put c_ctd41cp2_num_fields_to_send 4
Turns out can turn on the SBE timestamp. Need to set this in autoexec or longterm potentially.
waypoint troubles, kept turning around, hardcoded offshore and only 3 waypoints
3 hour missions
sensor: u_reqd_depth_at_surface(m) 2.5

Steering not so great on dives during incoming tide or inertial, notsure.
