Glider aborted for MS_noinput; not familiar w/ this abort. Transferred files, grabbed .mlg, and resequenced mission. Perusing through .mlg, it looks like LISST crashed science, causing abort.

Optics has been duty cycled most of the deployment, been doing every 4th yo on FLBBCD and every 8th on LISST.

FLBBCD to every other yo to save some power

LISST errors a bit more than before. Light dropouts, LISST back to every 6th yo and 3 hour missions.

science oddities back, don't see any data impact other than the occasional 10 m drop out of all science data. It seems very sporadic every couple of segments. LISST has no data during this, usually the dives around 60 m or so. This gives me belief its the LISST still causing problems. Winds are high, maybe lower the LISST usage and wait for MLG when winds go down.

Look at MLG from these surfacings, science computer crashes??? Calls in resuming SBD transfer??

RU33 rocketing to surface; even getting good GPS hits. Adjusting climb pump from 325 back to 270 on next surfacing.

Lowered TBDlist to every 6th yo, matched LISST to that. Can go back to every 2nd when we get out of shallows. Don't want it to get run over.

Some altimeter settings, max_altimeter and reqd_num = 1, can undo once we head back offshore.

Was able to u4stalk and interface with LISST 8/25. No problems, no storage shortage. Turned LISST back on every 6th yo. Apparently working again. Restarted mission ru33-2018-236-0-1
