Glider was too light, we kept adding weight, 60 g then 100 g. It didn't return from shallow.mi the 2nd weight add.
It shot the weight about 6 hours later but still didn't return. It was stuck at 5-7 m. Weight was stuck in tube from sand/sediment.
It reset, ran initial. dove, climb and got to surface.
