u_reqd_depth_at_surface set to 2 m to neuter surfacing behaviors during flight. Seems to be a bit of a discrepancy here - masterdata for 7.13 says 2 m, but Blue defaults to 4 m...

Deployed by Matt Grossi and Wendell Brown off R/V Lucky Lady. Full depth dive in goto folder; on 1 hour missions for now. Redeployment after getting stuck underwater and blowing weight on last mission. Waypoints adjusted to shorten route accordingly.
