climb to 6m was way too shallow, caused the glider to 'get stuck not moving vertically' at the surface and then got stuck in infinite yo mode and bailed out. Glider was set to do 2 yo's but was not doing 2 is the sign of problem.

looks like some of the sci_logging aborts are taking place after giving/re-reading new ma files. Abort happens when send files command given following a ctrl-f.
