Tried to move fin in lab.

starting with m_fin = 0
put c_fin -.2
fin moved without problem to -.2
tried to move fin further to -.38, and it could not move there
could not move fin back to 0
manually moved fin back to 0 and then tried to move fin to starboard.
put c_fin 0.1 moved without problem
put c_fin 0.3 could only get to m_fin = 0.19
could not get fin to move further than 0.19 nor back to 0

Sunday fin was at -.3 vs -.38 rad so it 'moved'

Most other fin set screw issues seems to have occurred with set screw coming out on STBD side and previous ru28/32 issues have been on STBD side fin.

Fin problems Sat night around 8 EST.

Fin appeared to be stuck around -.38 radians (double check logs).

Tried to unstick multiple ways, also Sunday morning, no luck.

Many lisst oddities, turned on enhanced logging so the NLG might show it but its not going away going from -3 sampling to -6. Still appears to be data.

Should look at NLG tomorrow, lisst off from here forward.
