Prabakaran Ramakrishnan is a computational biologist broadly interested in the evolution of the complex dynamics among biomolecules, cells, and organisms. Specifically, he is curious about the evolution of protein as a nanomachine and the unseen world of host-microbe communications. Currently, he is working on developing machine and deep-learning tools to profile metagenomes as part of the ENIGMA project.
