NOTES ON THIS YEAR'S DEPLOYMENTS:
- We include the same QARTOD test flags as last year (gross range, climatological, spike, or some combination for each sensor). The manual is defined for CTD data but are relevant to DO as well. Raw dissolved oxygen that failed either the gross range test or the spike test was removed before shifting in time, and the tests were reapplied after shifting. - Second deployment had CTD pump issues affecting data quality, as well as frequent optode issues. This data is not being provided yet.
- Third deployment for funding year 2021 occurred in spring of 2022 and seemed to have persistent optode issues and possible CTD issues. This data is not being provided yet.
