Timeseries:
-Organized by instrument. Folder names include Reference Designator (e.g., GI01SUMO-RID16-03-CTDBPF000), streamID (e.g., ctdbp_cdef_dcl_instrument_recovered), and delivery method (e.g., recovered_host)
-Parameters are plotted hourly (ts-hourly), daily (ts-daily), and larger time ranges (ts-na)
-Filenames include parameter ID, time series (ts) plot type, and time range plotted
-Plots contain all data points regardless of quality or reasonability - only fill values (-9999999) are masked.
