MRI Service 4/2025 Summary: Your instrument is in good condition and does not require any major repairs, although it will need some small repairs listed in the page 2 of the RMA report. Also, no faults were found that could have caused the issue reported with the CSR-2100, as stated in page 8. Regarding the sensors, 1x shear (M2372) and 1x FP07 (T1427) failed inspection and require replacement. We’ve included 1x FP07-1000 with guard which has more protect (see attached image) as a replacement for T1427.
