CTD pump was not working in lab/tank after recovery. Flushed with water, took CTD apart and found a lot of sediment/sand. The pump started working right away with covers off. Potentially flushing with water moved sand or removing covers removed sand from pump?

Cleaned CTD and put back together. Pump verified working assembled and in tank.
