Below is the along-shore surface velocity measured along the Northern New Jersey Coast (above). These data are measured from the Rutgers University CODAR site deployed near Breezy Point, NY. The raw, 30-hour lowpass filtered, and detided data are showm. Negative velocity is toward the south, positive velocity is toward the north.
