deployment .tbd transfers ridiculously slow. Catching up file transfers manually every so often. :-(

Consci, send all .tbd's, back out and send .sbd's with a couple ctrl-E's seems to work. Otherwise file transfer practically hangs and glider disconnects, and files continue to back log.

deployment u_alt_min_depth 2 on next surfacing via script. No need to worry about false hits here...and would like to avoid bottom sampling.

deployment 2s sampling seems to have taken care of science overloading. CDOM puck looks like it might be bad though.

Switching to 25 m satisfying radius and 1 hour missions for box/station keeping around midpoint.

deployment Looks like science was overloaded, so sampling for optics backed off to 2 seconds. No PI input, so changed tbd to 6 seconds coming back to lower file sizes a bit.

deployment Going to full depth and 2 hour missions on next surfacing. Needs tbdlist adjustment once PI input is received as filesizes are large.

deployment Deployed off Station E by Mike Brown & crew. Some initial GPS issues (failure to update) caused some lengthy delays, but all seems fine now. Starting off on a cross canyon transect; currently 1 hr missions to 50 m; will adjust on next few surfacings.

configuration ru05 with SB 0080 configured for CONVERGE/LTER 2014/2015 had the wrong calibration coefficients in the autoexec.mi file. See note below:
# 2015/09/10 dkaragon@marine.rutgers.edu SB0080 was placed in glider for LTER(CONVERGE) 2014/2015 season. This payload has pucks BBFL2-337 and BB3-335
# The calibration coeffcients in the autoexec during those missions was for pucks BB3SLO-648 and BB2FLS-666
# 748, and 666 were associated with SB 0175 for California UCSB
# Changed coeffcients in autoexec.mi to the correct pucks, BBFL2-337 and BB3-335
# Changed ballast pump deadz width from 30 to 15 cc
