Join a virtual tour with Rutgers University faculty, students, and their international partners, as they explore the waters of the western tropical Atlantic onboard Schmidt Ocean Institute’s R/V Falkor (too).
The Rutgers-led research team will spend 25 days at sea exploring how salt finger mixing, an oceanic phenomenon, impacts marine life and the Earth’s climate.
Join them at sea in a live, ship-to-shore virtual webinar and Q&A of the ship and their science.
The session will begin at 1pm ET and run about an hour.
