Configuration details:
Open boundaries are climatology (from a robust diagnostic
calculation using the Dartmouth ocean model) provided by Chris Naimie, plus 7 major tide harmonics
from ADCIRC model.
Surface forcing is via the Fairall et al. bulk formulae with
model SST and observed Tair, qair, Qsw, Qlw. (Met mooring obs at one location are
assumed uniform throughout model domain).
