1. It's normal for the video to appear green at first, it will show correctly in a few seconds.
2. If the streaming video stops after a while, try reloading the page.
3. If you don't have Quicktime installed, please download it and try again.
4. If you STILL have problems. try this: open a quicktime player window, go to 'Edit' menu and select 'QuickTime Preferences'. then select 'Streaming Transport', select 'use this protocol and port ID:', then 'Use HTTP, Port ID: 80'. exit quicktime and try to load the page again. It should fix it!
