SCRUM Software and Installation
The SCRUM directory contains the following directory structure:
-
scrum
-
Top level directory.
-
scrum/bin
-
Directory containing some executables and scripts.
Users should include this directory to the search
path in the file ".cshrc".
-
scrum/cm
-
Directory containing SCRUM's parallel code used in
the Connection Machine (CM-200, CM-5).
-
scrum/config
-
Directory containing configuration files for "imake"
and Fortran, derived from Kate Hedstrom's work.
-
scrum/contrib
-
Contributions directory.
-
scrum/doc
-
Directory containing available documentation.
-
scrum/forcing
-
Directory containing SCRUM's forcing package which is
used to create the FORCING NetCDF file.
-
scrum/f77
-
Directory containing SCRUM's serial code in extended
Fortran-77.
-
scrum/grid
-
Directory containing SCRUM's grid generation which is
used to create the GRID NetCDF file.
-
scrum/hydro
-
Directory containing several programs to convert various
hydrographic and atmospheric data to HDAT which
is used to import data into the OA package.
-
scrum/initial
-
Directory containing the initialization package which
is used to create initial and climatology NetCDF files.
-
scrum/lib
-
Directory containing the libraries used in the grid
generation package.
-
scrum/matlab
-
Directory containing various Matlab scripts.
-
scrum/netcdf
-
Directory containing several programs that can be used
to manipulate NetCDF files.
-
scrum/oa
-
Directory containing the objective analysis package.
-
scrum/plot
-
Directory containing SCRUM's plotting package.
-
scrum/xcoast
-
Directory containing a X11 application which is used
to aid in the creation of the grid boundaries for
orthogonal curvilinear grid mapping.
-
scrum/tars
-
Directory containing individual tar files of the
software structure.
-
scrum/Examples
-
Directory containing various applications and tests
of the model.
There are several tar files for this software. They reside in the
directory "scrum/tars". They are:
