ATMOSPHERE --- Weak northwesterlies early, and southeasterlies (seabreeze) late. A gorgeous day in the low 80s, and completely clear. Great day for satellite imagery.

OCEAN -- The mixing that occured earlier this week is still obvious from boat transects. However, the SeaWiFS data indicates that there is a strong chlorophyll front about 5 kilometers out on every line. Salinity and Temps are constant top to bottom except for far offshore. More later...
