Satellite loop shows clouds extending from southern NJ
through DE and MD/VA.  A convective area is moving off
the NC coast heading NE with another area off the SC/NC
coast.  All radar/cloud movement is generally northeast.

SYNOPSIS:  NWS continues a small craft advisory this AM

Stationary frontal system off the coast is expected to 
remain stationary and disipate with weak low pressure 
waves moving along the front.  Winds should peak this 
afternoon with a slight downward trend this
evening.  The potential exists for increasing winds and
more light rainfall for Wednesday morning and afternoon.
