RESEARCH INTERESTS:
I am passionate about marine conservation and educational outreach. I am currently an undergraduate assistant in the COOLroom and am involved with glider operations and multi-media management.

I have been an avid scuba diver for over 10 years and was the youngest person to achieve PADI Master Diver certification. I like to travel and have participated in programs for credit in Belize, Alaska, Little Caymen Islands and Wyoming. I have extensive field work experience in restoration ecology and am currently assisting in the development of advanced software for the Department of Homeland Security to be utilized by the U.S. Navy.

On another note, I like cold beer, beautiful women and listening to the Grateful Dead - preferably all at once. I also like playing frisbee with my dogs.
