North East Observing System Semiannual Meeting

The semiannual meeting of the Northeast Observing System (NEOS) was held at the Browne Center in Durham, New Hampshire on July 15-16, 2003. Hosted by the
University of New Hampshire  Center of Excellence in Coastal Observation and Analysis (COOA), the meeting provided a forum for presenting and discussing the two NEOS proposals that were recently submitted to NOAA.

The NEOS members reviewed the governance structure in light of the input provided at their March meeting at Horn Point. NEOS members had the opportunity to present 1-2 slides highlighting news of their sub-regional systems. Informal reports from the working groups were also presented.
