Along NJ expect SE winds becoming SW after 6 PM at 4-9 kts. Closer to Long Island, expect SW to S winds 4-9 kts. A land breeze (north winds) is expected to push southward between 9 PM and 12 AM. Winds with the land breeze between 7 and 15 kts.
