This data set provides measurements collected during the Lagrangian Transport and Transformation Experiment (LATTE) during May 2006. Data descibed in this file were collected aboard the R/V Cape Hatteras by scientists and technicains from University of Massachusetts, Boston, Rutgers University, Columbia University,and the crew of the R/V Hatteras. The following files are are available LATTE06_HATTERAS_ADCP.mat - Water Velocity data collected with a TRDI 1200 kHz ADCP. LATTE06_HATTERAS_ECOS_ADCP_OTS.mat - Data file containing colocated ecosguttle,ADCP and OTS measurements. LATTE06_SURFACE_MCTD2.mat- OTS measuerments from 5/1-5/3 including CTD,Chlorphyll, Rhodamine, CDOM, and OBS. LATTE06_SURFACE_MCTD3.mat- OTS measuerments from 5/4-5/10 including CTD, Rhodamine, and OBS. LATTE06_HATTERAS_FLUOR.mat - R/V HAtteras Turner Fluorometer Data.(Note: the instrument was uncalibrated and became saturated through much of the experiment) LATTE06_HATTERAS_PAR.mat - R/V Hatteras Photosynthetically Available Radiation. LATTE06_HATTERAS_SAL_TEMP.mat - R/V Hatteras SBE 21 CT data. LATTE06_HATTERAS_TRACK.mat - R/V Hatteras GPS track. LATTE06_HATTERAS_wind_port.mat - R/V Hatteras port Anemometer.
