Overview:

 This data set provides trakcs of drifters deployed during the Lagrangian Transport and Transformation Experiment (LATTE) during April 2005. Drifters were deployed from the R/V Hatteras and R/V Oceanus. Dataincludes drifter location and temperature.


Data files are partitioned by deployments

Drifter 24790 was deployed four times. twice during each injection

Drifter 24745 was only deployed three times, twice during the first injection and once during the second.



Data format:

There are two file formats provided, Matlab (*.mat) and ASCII format.
