ATMOSPHERE -- This morning was VERY foggy, which is an indication that the upwelling is strong. Southwesterly winds continued today, though the temperature reached a high of 86 while the low was 73. The upwelling did indeed continue to intensify as the satellite imagery and CODAR shows...
