OCEAN --With a return of typical summer weather, the ocean is beginning to warm up at the surface also. Temps rose above 24 C for the first time today. The southwesterlies should begin an upwelling process today, but it will be many days before it hits the beach. It will probably be the best beach week of the entire year.
