S4 Current Meter
The S4 current meter hovers only feet above the ocean bottom. One of these
instruments is at the LEO-15 site at
all times. Though seemingly unassuming, this instrument is very important. It
gathers data on current speeds and directions, temperature, salinity, depth,
wave heights and periods and water clarity.
